Every day at work you get hands on experienced with the salon owners and/or experienced stylists.
Plus we have monthly classes taught by senior stylist or brand artists.
We have a training out line and actually make sure we cover everything. On top of that we sit down with you frequently during your program to check in and have one on one conversations to see what YOU need more help with.
As owners Victoria and Heather have built the business with one goal in mind: vcreating a place where stylists can build long sucuessfuland balanced careers. We don’t believe in throwing you behind the chair and hoping you figure it out. Instead, We are committed to waling alongside you every step of the way.
You’ll receive regular one-on-one coaching, personalized feedback, goal setting, and encouragement and you grow both technically and professionally.

O + O Mentee Program

Compensation.

Our mentee program is a paid training program. You’ll work 3-4 days a week training with a senior stylist at $13 an hour plus performance based tipping. You’ll also have the opportunity to take your own clients 1-2 days a week.
Duration.

Our training program is customizable depending on YOU. For the stylist just out of school the program is typically 12-16 weeks.
What to expect.

Daily you will be working hands-on with an experienced stylist. Helping to apply color, formulate, and watching haircuts while being able to ask questions and learn
1-2 classes per month taught in house
3 classes with Redken artists per year
Access to online classes and coaching on marketing your business
