In 2021 we opened Olive + Oak to create a salon where our stylist can give our community great hair while ministering to the community.

From the beginning we wanted more than a place where people come to get their hair done. We wanted to create a space where our community feels welcomed, known, encouraged, and cared for, and where our team can use their gifts to serve others and ultimately glorify God.

As we’ve grown that vision has remained the center of everything we do. We’ve built a salon culture rooted in faith, excellence, community, and balance, while creating an environment where experienced stylists can continue growing without having to sacrifice the life they’ve worked hard to build.

We believe you can be great at your craft, successful in your career, present in your life and part of something bigger than yourself.

When life happens, we want to be in your corner. Need maternity leave? You won’t be stressing about booth rent while you’re home with your baby. Want to take a vacation? Pay Structure

Commission starting at 45% with room to earn up to 60% on all services with price increases as demand grows

Earn up to 20% commission on retail sales

We don’t believe in putting stylist into rigid levels or limiting your earning potential based on a title. We believe what you get out of this career what you put in. So we created a performance impact compensation plan that is designed to reward stylist who are driven, consistent, and committed to growing their business. Your compensation is influenced by the impact you make, not just simply the time you’ve been behind the chair.

We look at meaningful performance metrics such as service sales and hours in the salon to create a compensation structure that rewards your for the business you build.

The more you grow the more you earn. We want our stylist to have the opportunity build a thriving, balanced career while being recognized for their hard work.
