At Olive + Oak we offer the most comprehensive apprenticeship program in the area, designed to do more than teach technical skills. Olive + Oak Apprentice Program Benefits

  • Get paid as you build your confidence and skills. Our 6 month program pays $13 an hour with performance based tipping as you develop your technical skills and confidence.

    After 2 weeks of training and learning the basics at O+O you’ll start welcoming your own clients, giving you the chance to start building your clientele while you learn.

  • Develop your confidence behind the chair daily through hands on mentorship with our lead stylists.

    We also host monthly education classes taught by experienced stylists and professional brand educators to keep you inspired and growing.

  • You’ll never be left wondering “ what am I supposed to be learning next?” We have a step by step training plan that guides you through every stage of your apprenticeship. Plus we have regular check ins to celebrate your wins, answer questions, and focus on the skills you want to grow most. We’re with you every step of the way.

    Best of all there is a clear finish line, our apprenticeship program is designed to help you grow with confidence and transition to the salon floor ready to thrive.
